- Lightly coat chops with olive oil and season as desired.
- Place chops on a preheated grill, turning occasionally.
- Grill approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
- Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
