La Herencia Boneless Pork Chops

Cooking Directions:

  1. Lightly coat chops with olive oil and season as desired.
  2. Place chops on a preheated grill, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
  5. Serve.
