La Herencia Boneless Pork Loin

Cooking Directions:

Roasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly coat roast with olive oil and season as desired.
  3. Place roast in oven safe dish and cover loosely with foil.
  4. Cook approximately 60 to 70 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve.

Chops

  1. Lightly coat chops with olive oil and season as desired.
  2. Place chops on a preheated grill, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
  5. Serve.

*Oven and Grill temperatures may vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
