- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack inside sheet pan.
- Remove pork belly from package and place fat side up onto wire rack; cook for 2 hours.
- Remove pork belly from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
- For crispier pork belly, slice or dice cooked pork belly into 1/2" pieces. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil and add pork belly to skillet. Allow to brown lightly on all sides, about 10 minutes.
