- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove meat from package and place in an uncovered roasting pan.
- Cook approximately 35 to 40 minutes per pound or until intenal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
- Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes.
- Slice and serve.

Seasoning Ingredients: Dehydrated onion and garlic, sea salt, sugar, spices, dehydrated bell pepper, dextrose, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavors, citric acid and caramel color.
