Swift Premium Dry Rubbed Sautéed Mushroom & Onion Boneless Pork Tenderloin

Cooking Directions:

Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove meat from package and place in an uncovered roasting pan.
  3. Cook approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until intenal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.

Grill:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove meat from package and place on grill.
  3. Cook approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest 3 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.

Seasoning Ingredients: Salt, sugar, spices, dehydrated onion and garlic, hydrolyzed corn protein, dextrose, corn starch, dehydrated mushroom, caramel color and yeast extract.
