- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove meat from package, season roast as desired.
- Cook meat fat side up, covered (or wrap in foil) for 25 minutes a pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- For shredded pork, cook roast for an additional hour to an internal temperature of 185°F, shred with two forks and serve.
