Mojo Pork Kabobs

One pound Swift Premium® Boneless Pork Loin, cut into 1 to 1 1/4-inch cubes
1 to 2 medium oranges, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
12 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
6 large garlic cloves, minced (1 tablespoon)
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
Place pork in medium, resealable plastic bag. For marinade, combine peel, juices, oil, cilantro, garlic, salt, and cumin. Set aside 2/3 cup. Pour remaining marinade over pork; close bag. Turn bag to evenly coat pork with marinade. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Preheat gas grill to medium for direct grilling. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade in bag. Using 10 to 12 inch-long skewers, alternately thread pork, orange, and onion pieces, leaving a small amount of space between pieces.
Grill kabobs, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is tender, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Brush with more marinade before serving.
